Materials are coordinated through our Long Island facility before delivery to the project site, giving our team greater visibility and control throughout the process.

Once approved, the order is released for fabrication through our production network, with lead times and specifications confirmed at time of order.

Our installation team manages the work in the field with dedicated oversight, from pre-installation verification through final fit, finish, and completion.

With more than a decade of experience in New York City's construction industry, Kevin has worked across commercial, retail, and residential projects alongside leading builders and project teams. He oversees Monarch's operations, procurement, logistics, installation, and project delivery, bringing disciplined field coordination and execution to every project.
With more than 20 years of interior design experience, Leslie leads Monarch's design vision, space planning, material direction, and client design process. Her work balances proportion, functionality, materiality, and detail, guiding each project from early concept through final specification. She works closely with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure the finished interiors remain both highly functional and visually cohesive.
